More About the Position

Professor Leeser's lab is building experimental cloud services and hardware through the NSF funded Open Cloud Testbed (OCT). Applications include accelerating machine learning; image, speech and text processing; and computer networking. The student will perform experiments in the cloud using FPGA hardware. Instructions and tutorials will be provided, but the student can define their own project or application. Projects may continue through Spring 2022. Work study or research for credit may be available.

Expected Commitment

Nine to twelve hours per week.
